-Adult patient defined as a confirmed case of COVID-19 who has been hospitalized or not for COVID-19 -Date of onset of first symptoms of COVID-19 ≥ 4 weeks and < 4 months
-Patients with functional and/or respiratory impairment and/or asthenia and/or malnutrition persisting beyond 4 weeks after the onset of COVID-19 symptoms: o Increase in mMRC dyspnea score ≥ 1 between the month preceding COVID-19 and beyond the first 4 weeks post-COVID-19 and/or
o Asthenia score > 22 on the Pichot scale beyond the first 4 weeks post-COVID-19, in the absence of asthenia present in the month preceding COVID-19 (asthenia score on the Pichot scale <8) and/or
o Reported weight loss > 5% in less than 6 months, comparing the patient's minimum weight in the month preceding COVID-19 and their weight beyond the first 4 weeks post-COVID-19 and/or
o Current BMI < 20 (if age < 70 years) or < 22 (if age ≥ 70 years) if BMI was ≥ 20 (if age < 70 years) or ≥ 22 (if age ≥ 70 years) in the month preceding COVID-19
