Secondary objectives of the 2013 survey: • To identify circumstances surrounding accidental falls from heights during the survey period and possible trends since 2006; • To assess requirements in terms of preventing falls from heights among children and to advise responsible stakeholders on building safety regulations. • To provide epidemiological findings on falls from heights that are linked to other causes (suicide, assault, unknown origin). null France Individuals Patients population Male Female Infant, Newborn (birth to 28 days) Infant (28 days to 2 years) Child, Preschool (2 to 5 years) Child (6 to 12 years) The following criteria should be adhered to: • Children under 15 years of age; • All falls from an access point (windows, skylights, balconies, etc.) and/or from a significant height; • Falls occurring in Île-de-France, Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur for the 2006 and 2013 surveys and in Ile-de-France for the 2005 survey. • Occurring between 15 March and 15 October for the 2006 and 2013 survey, and between 01 May and 30 September for the 2005 survey.
