On the one hand, the SIP survey aims to gain a better understanding of the determinants of health linked to working conditions and career trajectories: how do physical and organizational working conditions, exposure to risks, discontinuities and breaks in career trajectories contribute, over time, to building, maintaining or weakening their state of health? ; The survey should also enable us to identify the impact of health status on people's career trajectories, career-related risks or any discrimination they may have encountered: how do health events, whether or not they are determined by the work environment, lead to disruptions or, on the contrary, are they compatible with continuity in the career path, depending on the individual and collective resources available to people? Here too, it's important to take into account possible time lags..; ; An additional objective has been set for the 2010 wave: in line with the interim recommendations of the Collège d'expertise sur le suivi statistique des risques psychosociaux au travail, to have an observation of the psychosocial risks incurred by the entire working population employed at the time of the survey.
