Specifically, this programme allows for: • the measurement of the impact of sensory, psychological and sociological factors on the dietary behaviour and nutritional status of seniors. This work is based on a multidisciplinary survey conducted in 559 French people over 65 years of age who present different degrees of dependence (independent individuals living at home, individuals receiving aid at home, individuals living in an institution); • identification of tactics for improving the appetence and pleasure associated with meals for dependent seniors.
