Secondary objective: HIV molecular characterisation, viral co-infections (HCV, CMV, HHV-8 ...); genetics and host immune response: CD4 T and anti-HIV CD8; anti-HIV antibodies and neutralising Ac; innate immunity, immune response to co-infections. null France Individuals Patients population Male Female Young Adult (19 to 24 years) Adult (25 to 44 years) Middle Aged (45 to 64 years) Aged (65 to 79 years) Aged, 80 and over (80 years and more) Men or women over 18 years old, homosexual or bisexual, withdrawing addicts, individuals who have undergone transfusions or haemophiliacs, seropositive for at least 8 years, receiving no antiretroviral treatment, (stage II) or (stage III), with a CD4 count above 20% and 600/mm3 (more or less 10%) with a stable or increasing count over a minimum of 3 examinations during the last 5 years, who have given signed and clear consent.
