    <abstract contentType="purpose">To evaluate the implementation of disability compensation benefit (PCH) created by the law of 11 February 2005 on the equality of rights and opportunities, the participation and citizenship of persons with disabilities starting on 1 January 2006, from the point of view of the beneficiaries, in terms of responses to their need for aid and appraisal of the benefits and to compare the beneficiary populations of PCH and Caregiver Compensatory Allowance (ACTP) instituted in 1975 and planned to be replaced by PCH.</abstract>
