By monitoring all of the information systems, we can observe the trends in terms of users' situation, practices, use consequences, ... Reception and harm reduction support centres for drug users (CAARUDs) welcome a high number of precarious users or who are not yet under care within the health system. They have mobile units who go and meet the users and squat intervention teams.
